Consumer Profiles & Satisfaction

Global Markets assists clients in learning about their customers’ profiles and backgrounds. When commissioned, Global Markets would develop a questionnaire to be carried out via tablets (iPad Minis) and the staff will be responsible for suggesting the survey to the store guests. Feedback will be collected electronically with time and date stamps.  The collected responses would be used to characterize the different characteristics of the client’s store guests such as:

  • Spending Behavior
  • Dining Behavior
  • Brand Loyalty
  • Price Sensitivity
